With the weather getting hotter here in Arizona, I look for easy and light things to cook for suppers, so today's Sunday Supper my son and I will be having Turkey Brats and Homemade Potato Salad
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, boiled to fork tender
2 eggs, boiled and diced up
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup relish, I use dill relish
1 cup mayo, 1 big squirt of mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and enjoy, everyone loves this Potato salad.
And for the brats, you can cook them on the stove or grill, how ever you like them:)
